$160 (50 minute appointment)

Caleb helps neurodiverse teens and adults tackle the challenge of embracing who they are while also pursuing a successful and balanced life. I utilize a unique combination of traditional therapy and life coaching to address issues like anxiety, self esteem, executive functioning and life or career direction.

SCOTT’S RATES
$200 (50 minute appointment)

Scott’s therapy helps young adults and midlife professionals to sort out what’s holding them back so they pursue their full potential. His approach focuses on mental health, career development, and executive functioning - uniquely equipping him to address issues such as burnout, low self esteem, lack of motivation, healthy relationship, anxiety, anger, procrastination, and decision making.

  • In-Person Counseling: Littleton, Colorado

  • Virtual (Telehealth): Anywhere in Colorado

 INSURANCE

Out of Network Providers: We do not directly bill any insurance.

Superbill (Exclusive to Colorado): We can provide a comprehensive receipt called a ‘superbill’ for possible reimbursement for most insurances. It is important that you check with your provider regarding your “out of network mental health or behavioral health policies”.

Medicaid: Due to strict legal constraints as licensed professionals, we are not able to provide any mental health or therapeutic services for anyone enrolled Medicaid or Medicare programs including: Health First Colorado, CPH+, etc.

PAYMENT

  • Payment Types: We accept cash, check and all major credit cards (including HSA (health savings account) and FSA (flex spending account).

  • Pay Now or Pay Later: When scheduling a session, payment can be paid in full or information will be collected, stored and processed through our confidential and protected online processor (Stripe). *We do not have direct access to your payment information.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • 24 Hour Cancellation/Reschedule: If you are unable to attend an appointment, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. You will be charged for the full rate of the appointment if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice.

  • No Shows: All no show appointments will be charged the full rate of the session.
