Who we help

Which one sounds like you?

Tap the closest one. You don't have to get it exactly right. That's what the free call is for.

Feels heavier than this, like anxiety or low mood? Counseling may be the better first step.

If you're 18–25 and stuck
You're not lazy, and you're not behind for good. You're drifting, and it's starting to cost you your confidence.
What you want: a direction you actually chose, a job you're not embarrassed to talk about, and your own place.
The thread through all of it

Different names. Usually the same gap.

People come to us saying ADHD, burnout, procrastination, failure to launch, or a job search that won't move. Underneath, it's usually the gap between knowing what to do and doing it.

That's good news. Those are skills, and skills can be built.

What coaching actually is

I think of it as a bridge.

Most people who call us don't have a plan. That's normal. We build one together, then keep you on it.

01Where you are
02Where you want to be
the plan + a coach
03 · What's in the wayoutside: the market, the economy, technology
inside: motivation, confidence, decisions
01 · Where you areAn honest look, no blame.

What's working, what isn't, and why it's been stuck.

02 · Where you want to beA direction you believe in.

The work, the life around it, and what you won't accept.

03 · What's in the wayWhere most of the work happens.

Motivation, confidence, decisions, and a job market that changed.

"Structure with nobody in your corner tends to fall apart, especially with ADHD. So does support with no structure. The combination is what makes it stick."

LifeSketch was founded in 2015 by Scott Treas, MA, LPC, a counselor turned coach who has lived with ADHD his whole life. Every coach here works from the same method, so you get the same structure whoever you work with.

No "tell me about your childhood." Concrete steps, honest feedback, and someone who notices when you go quiet. And if what you need is counseling, we'll tell you.

Questions

Straight answers.

What does an ADHD career coach do?

Helps you figure out what work fits how your brain works, land it, and build the habits to keep going. It's practical: direction, a plan, and follow-through, with a real person.

Do I need an ADHD diagnosis?

No. It's built for ADHD brains and works for anyone stuck between knowing what to do and doing it.

Can you help my son or daughter if they won't call?

Often, yes. Book the call yourself and we'll talk through how to bring it up. It's their program, with family as involved as they'd like.

Is this therapy? Where are you?

It's coaching, not therapy, and not billed to insurance. Sessions are online anywhere, or in person in Littleton, Colorado. Counseling is available separately to Colorado residents.

The first step is small

You're not behind. You're at the beginning of something new.

Fifteen minutes, no pressure. Tell us what's going on, and we'll tell you honestly what would actually help.

Coaching isn't therapy or a substitute for mental health treatment. If you're in crisis, call or text 988.
