Sound familiar?

You know you need a change. You just can't seem to make it happen.

Whether you're starting your career, changing careers, or stuck in the wrong job: you're not lazy, and you're not short on advice. You're stuck somewhere between knowing what to do and actually doing it, and you're tired of it.

What we hear on calls

"Someone asks what I want to do, and I've got nothing."
"I know what I should do. I just don't do it."
"A few hundred applications. Nothing."
"I'm afraid I'll pick the wrong path again."
"I don't want to start over. I can't stay here."
"So much potential. He just can't take the first step."— A parent
01 · Lost

No direction means no plan, and no way to sell yourself.

Without clarity on what you want, you can't map a way to get there, or tell an employer why you. So the resume stays generic and every application is a guess.

02 · Self-doubt

"How do I stack up?" And not liking the answer.

Rejection, silence and old setbacks pile up until you undersell yourself, or stop putting yourself out there at all. That's not a character flaw. It's part of the work.

03 · No traction

You know what to do. You keep getting in your own way.

Bursts of effort, then nothing. Motivation comes and goes, so your job search does too. Traction comes from structure you'll actually use, and support when you stall.

Clarity first

Clarity is what makes everything else work.

Without direction, you can't build a plan to get there, and you can't sell yourself with any conviction. That's why it comes first.

What I want goals, interests What I offer strengths, skills What the market needs what employers pay for Your fit
Goals

What do I want?

Plenty of people tell us they don't really have goals. We start there: the work, the life around it, and what you won't accept.

Strengths

How do I stack up?

Your skills, strengths, experience and personality, measured honestly against what employers need. Gaps too, so you know what to say about them.

The market

Who will pay for what I offer?

Real employers, the problems they're hiring to solve, and where your strengths meet their needs. That overlap is your fit.

The payoff

How do I sell myself?

Clarity lets you present yourself in a way that's compelling and authentic, because it's true. No more pitches that don't sound like you.

The shift

Most people search inside-out. We search outside-in.

Think like a business: employers are your customers. Inside-out says "here's my story, please pick me." Outside-in says "here's your problem, and here's the evidence I can solve it."

That one move changes the resume, the outreach, and how the search feels. You stop auditioning. You start offering something specific.

Inside-out

"I'm a hard-working professional looking for my next opportunity."

Outside-in

"As a program manager, I help education nonprofits stand up partnerships that actually get used — so the work reaches the students it was funded for."

Your value sentence: As a [title], I help [employer] with [problem] by [approach] — so that [bigger why].

How it works

A proven framework. Coaching that fits it to you.

The Accelerator runs on a 9-step framework, from where you are today to your first 90 days in a new role. It's laid out in order, but it isn't a course you march through. Coaching decides where your time goes.

1 · StartWhere you are, honestly, and why it's been stuck. No blame.
2 · AimYour goals and a life-first career plan: what you want and won't accept.
3 · TargetReal employers and the problems they're hiring to solve.
4 · ValueWhat you offer, how you stack up, and your value in one sentence.
5 · SearchA modern strategy across posted jobs, the hidden market and the long game.
6 · AssetsResume, LinkedIn and outreach built for your target.
7 · LaunchYour weekly search system, and a way back when you fall off.
8 · CloseInterviews, offers and negotiation.
9 · DevelopmentA 90-day plan for the new role, and a career you own.

Your focus, not a fixed script. Strong resume but no direction? We spend the time on direction. Clear target but stalled out? We focus on the search and follow-through. Everyone gets a different mix.

Today's search, not outdated advice. Most hiring runs through people, not job boards. You'll learn how hiring works now and run several channels at once, not just the apply button.

Up to six months of coaching. The goal is to accelerate your search. Six months is there so you're supported through the whole transition, even if the search runs long.

This is for you if…

You're not living up to your potential, and the search keeps stalling.
You want to move forward, and you can't figure out why it isn't working.
You start strong and fade, put off the hard parts, or get overwhelmed by open-ended work. No diagnosis needed.
You have at least a rough direction: a role or field you're drawn to.
You're willing to do the work, even when it's messy.

Not the right fit (yet) if…

You want it done for you.
You're not trying to leave your job, you're trying to get on top of it. Start with a 90-day coaching season.
You have no idea yet what kind of work you want, or you can't invest the fee right now. Start self-paced with ADHD Career Change for $197.
What you need right now is counseling, not a job search.

Your career coach · Why this exists

Built where personal and professional development meet.

I'm Scott Treas, MA, LPC. I spent years as a career counselor with a clinical background, and I kept seeing the same gap. Clinicians tend to skip career altogether, or treat being stuck as a disorder. Most job search help comes from HR and recruiting: resumes and tactics anyone can find online.

What stuck people need sits in between. It's often a chicken-and-egg problem: you feel lost because you're not working, and it's hard to get working while you feel lost. A good job brings routine, people, purpose and identity. Sometimes the next right step isn't more processing. It's work. With ADHD, all of this matters even more.

What you're actually paying for

Coaching is the work. The framework is what makes it stick.

Knowing what to do was never the problem. Advice like "just network" or "just apply" skips the gap between knowing and doing, and that gap is where searches stall. Coaching is where we close it: what you said you'd do, what happened, what got in the way, and a next step small enough that you'll take it.

You're not paying for a course with check-ins. You're paying for six months of working sessions, backed by a framework that makes each one build on the last.

What you walk away with

A holistic life and career plan you believe in.
Job search strategies that work in today's market.
Structure built for you, that you'll actually use.
The confidence to sell yourself, authentically.

Ownership of your career, and the skills to navigate the next transition.

The investment

What does an ineffective search cost?

A stalled search wears down your confidence and your energy. It hits your wallet too, whether you're out of work or stuck below what you could be earning.

Parents: who's the client?

Your son or daughter — it only sticks if it's theirs. You're welcome at the kickoff if they invite you, and we agree up front on what gets shared.

Enroll your son or daughter
Do I need to know what I want first?

Not exactly. A rough direction is enough, even one role or field you're curious about. Getting clear is the first part of the program. If you truly have no idea yet, ADHD Career Change is the better first step, and the free call will sort that out.

Will this work in my field?

Yes. The approach is about strategy and positioning, not one industry, so it adapts across fields, from artists to engineers, social workers to executives.

I've tried everything. Why would this stick?

Because it doesn't run on motivation. It runs on a clear target, a weekly system you actually use, and a coach in it with you. When you stall, we treat it as information and adjust the plan.

What are sessions like?

50 minutes by video, phone, or in person in Littleton. Each one is a working session: what you did, what got in the way, and what's next. Between sessions you work the framework and your weekly system at your own pace.

Can I pause?

Yes. You have up to six months for your 18 sessions, at your pace, and you keep lifetime access to the materials.

I don't have much experience — or I'm overqualified.

Both are positioning problems, and both are workable: stepping-stone roles and transferable skills for the first, materials and strategy for the second.

What if I'm hired in month two?

That's acceleration, not a refund. We use the remaining sessions for the offer, negotiation and your 90-day plan for the new role.

How is this different from a 90-day coaching season?

A season helps you get on top of the work and life you already have. The Accelerator is for moving into a new job, from getting clear on direction through your first 90 days. If you need a job, this is the one.

Is this for ADHD? Do I need a diagnosis?

It's built with ADHD brains in mind, but it isn't only for them, and no diagnosis is needed. It's coaching, not therapy, so it isn't billed to insurance.

What's the refund policy?

Full refund, minus processing fees, within 24 hours if you haven't accessed the materials. After the program begins it's non-refundable, which is why the free call exists.

Can I pay over time? Online or in person?

Yes: three payments of $1,550, or $4,500 in full. Sessions are online, so you can join from anywhere. The search strategies are built for the U.S. and Canadian job markets. In-person sessions are available in Littleton, Colorado.

The first step is small

You're not behind. You're at the beginning of something new.

Start with a free 15-minute call. Tell me what's going on, and I'll tell you honestly whether the Accelerator, a 90-day season, or something else is the right fit.

Free call → an optional $200 working session if you want to try it → enroll when you're ready.
